Our Employee of the Month is Sofia Nasayao, who joined Bangko ng Kabuhayan (BNK) on June 18, 2018. As early as her probationary period, she was chosen as one of the awardees of the Top Account Officers. Sofia is a fast learner who is very dedicated, responsible, flexible, trustworthy, and good at handling big accounts. Her supervisor can confirm that Sofia has the qualities of a natural account officer. She assesses accounts properly and persuades clients to avail of our products. Her marketing strategy has proven to be effective in maintaining accounts in good standing. It is no surprise, therefore, that Sofia was able to meet if not exceed her monthly targets.
