Last November 10-11, 2022, Bangko ng Kabuhayan (A Rural Bank) Inc.’s Loans Department conducted its annual Business and Strategic Planning for 2023, facilitated by the VP for Loans & Business Development, Mr. Rene Neri. The event allowed the Bank’s business-generation team to step back from the day-to-day operations to review the Bank’s production and portfolio and plan for the new normal situation by formulating the Bank’s overall goals and targets. The bank’s President, Mr. Leonard De Ocampo, also gave some inspirational words and spoke about a variety of concerns impacting the business operation. The team went home all geared up to meet the challenges of the business and ready to carry out its plans.
