We’re happy to feature Ms. Girlie D. Vienes, or “Girlie” to her colleagues. She started with the Bank as an Account Officer (AO) in 2011 and was initially assigned in San Mateo Branch. Even without any bank-related work experience, Ms. Vienes quickly showed great potential in the field of marketing bank loan products.
Among the three AOs assigned in the branch, Ms. Vienes excelled in terms of account generation and collection of micro finance loan with minimal problematic accounts in her portfolio. Hence, after just two years with the Bank, Ms. Vienes was promoted as the Team Leader of Quezon City2 Team, handling seven account officers at that time.
At present, Ms. Vienes continues to show a very impressive performance, particularly now that the Bank offers different kinds of loan products. She knows how to market these products effectively and complete the loan process faster than standard time. Because of her consistently exemplary performance, Ms. Vienes has received several awards, such as the Best Team Performer, Best Team Leader of the month, and the Best Team Leader of the year award in 2018.
