On October 24-25 and December 18, 2023, Mr. Leonard De Ocampo, the President of Bangko ng Kabuhayan, (A Rural Bank) Inc., spearheaded and facilitated a very practical and in-depth Basic Accounting and Financial Analysis training session for the operations units of the Bank, with particular emphasis on personnel from the Loans and Business Development Department. This Human Resources initiative is one of the Bank’s commitments to help increase the proficiency level of sales and underwriting people.
The training serves as a platform for continuing enhancement and additional knowledge acquisition, enabling Account Officers and Team leads to formulate well-structured loan proposals and prudently underwrite loan applications.
