Business planning is a process of determining a commercial bank’s objectives, strategies and projected actions to promote its survival and development within a given time frame.
Bangko ng Kabuhayan held its annual business planning last November 24-26, 2019 in Baguio Country Club. Members of the Bank Management team were all present in the activity and each imparted their business plans including SWOT analysis. President Leonard de Ocampo discussed the Credit Scoring using PFRS Model, which was approved by BDO, an Accountancy firm.
