On June 27, 2023, Bangko ng Kabuhayan’s three Independent Directors visited the Head Office for the first time to preside over the Board Committee meetings on Audit, Corporate Governance, and Related Third Party Transactions. They also took the opportunity to personally meet the Bank’s management team and other key people.
