Shy Jean A. Waro-Castor was hired as an Assistant Bookkeeper on 13 June 2013. The Management saw her excellent performance and positive attitude right away and eventually promoted her to Accounting Associate position. After 7 years of working in the Bank, she is now a Compliance Specialist. Shy is a fast learner and highly adaptable as can be seen by how well she’s been performing in her work. She is always looking to improve the quality of her work output and often reaches out to her co-employees to extend her assistance.
Shy is very dependable, and her strong motivation helps her to get the job done. She willingly accepts challenges and takes them as opportunities for further self-development.
