ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This role also includes supporting Account Officers, taking meeting minutes, and handling various administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
Administrative duties:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and Loans Unit Head.
• Assist Account Officers in preparation of loan documents, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination within other department.
Writing and Communication:
• Take accurate and well-formatted minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
• Create and draft content for internal communication, letters, emails, and reports for the Loans unit.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to prioritize task
• Ability to work independently
CASHIER
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Handling & Transactions
• Receive and process customer payments (cash, checks, electronic transfers).
• Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances throughout the day.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash at closing.
Customer Service:
• Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, deposits, or withdrawals (if banking).
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Provide courteous and efficient service at all times.
Branch Operations
• Monitor cash levels and request replenishment when needed.
• Safeguard cash, checks, and financial documents in accordance with security procedures.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of daily transaction records.
• Assist in end-of-day branch closing procedures.
Compliance:
• Follow all company policies, financial protocols, and audit requirements.
• Adhere to anti-money-laundering (AML) and KYC guidelines (for banking/financial institutions).
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and company information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in cash handling, cashiering, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to prioritize task
• Ability to work independently
LOANS ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing and Documentation.
• Assist clients in completing loan application forms and requirements.
• Check and verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
• Encode client information into the loan management system.
• Maintain organized records of loan files and updates.
Client Service & Communication:
• Provide information on loan products, terms, and application procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and guide clients through the loan process.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements or application status.
Loan Disbursement & Monitoring
• Assist in preparing loan documents for approval and signing.
• Support loan release activities, ensuring accuracy of amounts and documents.
• Record and monitor due dates, collections, and payment schedules.
• Generate periodic reports on loan activities as required.
Compliance & Control:
• Ensure all loan transactions follow company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard confidential client information.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in lending, credit evaluation, or customer service (preferred).
• Basic understanding of loan processes and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
